Toastmasters Moments of Truth Survey
This Moments of Truth Survey has been developed by Toastmasters International to help clubs determine how we measure up to quality standards in six critical areas: First Impressions; New Member Orientation; Fellowship, Variety and Communications; Program Planning and Meeting Organization; Membership Strength; and Recognizing Accomplishments. By completing this survey we will have a very good self-evaluation and of how our club measures up, where are our strengths and what weak areas can we address.
Club Past President Betsy Crouse will review the results of this survey with club members at our July 16th meeting and at the end of the survey you can determine whether or not you wish to include your name. All individual responses will be kept confidential. Thanks for taking a few minutes to provide your honest answers to the questions below.
Each of the questions below will be scored on a rating from 1 to 5 stars. A '5' means the club clearly meets this standard; a '3' means the club meets this standard some of the time; and a '0' means the club does not meet this standard. The results will be added up and reviewed with the membership in early June. Thanks again for your participation.
