My name is Marja Moens and I do the education International Hospitality Management in the Netherlands. I am in the third year and in that year you need to make a dissertation. My dissertation is about the motivation of employees in the hospitality business. For my investigation I use this questionnaire to get more knowledge about the motivation of employees at this moment.
