The purpose of this study is to identify motivating factors that pertain to nurses' job satisfaction and validate the attached survey. Understanding motivating factors for your job satisfaction is critical in recruiting and maintaining nurses in the healthcare workforce.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can opt to not complete the survey.
