You are invited to participate in my survey concerning online curriculums. In this survey, approximately 20 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about curriculum satisfaction. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. It allows more time for me to work with students who need extra help.
 
I do not have to plan a new lesson from scratch every day
 
There is less time spent creating lessons, therefore less stress
 
The online curriculum covers all the state standards; I do not worry about leaving out something important

What are the weaknesses of using an online curriculum (Select all that apply)?
 
It leaves out important educational standards that have to be met
 
It does not allow for diversity in the student's learning abilities

How familiar are you with the online curriculum, APEX? For example, do you know what is presented to the students on a weekly basis and do you know what to expect with each learning module?
 
Yes, I know what is inside every module because I study it to make sure I am not surprised.
