This survey is about a new service for the owners and managers of computer stores. Many small computer stores find that new and existing customers ask for help with their computer on their own premises. If the computer store is short-staffed it may not be possible to send someone out to the customer's site quickly. This can lead to customer dissatisfaction and loss of business as the customer visits or calls other vendors.
This survey is researching the need for a new service that offers the owners and managers of computer stores an alternative: refer the client to an OnSite Computer Support provider and earn a fee. In addition, great care is taken to preserve the customer's existing relationship with the referring store: any software or hardware required by the customer will be routed to the referring computer store.
