The Policy Investment Framework (PIF) Survey
The Policy Investment Framework (PIF) has been in place since 2009. It is the process by which the Policy and Strategy Group (PSG) develops and decides on its work program for the coming financial year. The PIF is modelled on the Science Investment Framework and is driven by DPI’s commitment to having an investment process to optimise investment decisions across the department.
The purpose of this short, ten minute survey is to establish ‘what worked’ in 2011 and recommend possible adjustments for 2012.
To support the survey we’ve provided you with a Process Map outlining the steps in the PIF in 2011 (PDF) and links to some of the artefacts used to support PIF including: The survey consists of a series of questions about your experience of the process. Key themes are what worked and what can we do better next time.
Please take your time in responding. You can stop and save your responses at anytime and take up where you left off later. We look forward to receiving your input. |
