You're invited to participate in ATU's CSP Practicum survey! In this survey, current students as well as graduates, will be asked questions about their Practicum Sites and Hosts. It will take about 5-10 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study's voluntary. We're collecting data to help current and future students know of opportunities for potential Practicum Sites.

Your name will be kept confidential but the data will be used as a guide for other CSP students.
The final question asks for contact information if you'd like to stay involved in our CSP events and programming and your responses will only be kept by ATU CSP staff.
