Hi There!
This is Ivana Taylor. I'll be your marketing resource over the next few months or so. I'm working with PRC to help you identify that very special something that sets you apart from other billing and revenue cycle management companies.
There are two portions to this project. The first is to get a clear idea of what value and benefits
YOU
provide your customers and clients that we might be overlooking just because we're so close to it.
The second portion of the project is to do interviews with selected clients to see what's important to THEM and how well we're performing in those areas.
Please take a few minutes to answer the questions I've outlined here. The most important thing is that you are as open and honest as you can be. Don't edit your answers just write down what you think and feel.
