Hi: Thank for participating in this voluntary survey concerning public school safety. I want to share in advance, there are questions pertaining to school safety following the school shooting that took place inside Sandy Hook Elementary School. If you find the memory of this tragedy emotionally upsetting please feel free to leave the survey or if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions as you proceed, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
