Purpose: I am a graduate student working on a thesis for my degree in the Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) at Hawaii Pacific University.
The study that I am conducting is about Paperless Office System and ISO 14001:
An Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Adoption of Paperless Office System in the US.
This project has two purposes. First, the paper will examine a trigger to implement document management, especially paperless systems. In addition, it will research the impact of ISO regulations. The second purpose will be to examine the impact of ISO regulations. The survey will be used to produce statistical data for research purposes.
Uses: The survey data is for research purposes only. The individual responses are confidential.
Effects of Non-Disclosure: Participation in the survey is voluntary. No penalty will be imposed for failure to respond to any question.
Target Survey Audience:
Please respond to the items in the questionnaire based on your experience regarding a paperless office system (electronic document management) and the ISO series. All responses will be kept strictly confidential. No one will have access to the returned questionnaire except me.
Reports of Results:
Once compiled, the survey findings will be made available to the university community and respondents as requested.
