As you may have already heard around or read in business newspapers, we are entering into a new global trend called "sustainability".
By sustainability, we are understanding people or businesses interested to have a positive economic, environmental and social impact by leading management changes and innovations.

Westphal Gewerbecenter is constantly looking to improve the existing real estate facilities, built in the 60s', and future projects to become more sustainable. Therefore, the Gewerbecenter identified the need to enter the sustainability trend and lead a positive development in real estate, which would positively impact the people comfort and environmental impact too.

In the frame of a research lead by the Business School of Lausanne, we are inviting you to answer few questions in order to have a precise analyses of Neu-Isenburg area trends & needs for a sustainable Gewerbecentre.
