The HUDOIG Office of Management and Budget (OMAP) is conducting an evaluation of the new Pass/Fail Rating method that involves the new core competencies. We are sending you this survey because you have been identified as having received a final rating as of January 31, 2005 under the new method. A primary goal of the survey is to seek your input to evaluate the new Pass/Fail Rating method and if needed make appropriate recommendations to Senior Management. Whether it is a suggestion for change/improvement or merely a comment about a particular issue, this constructive information is important us.
You are not limited to the issues mentioned in the survey. We invite you to comment on other areas and to raise any other issues that are important to you.
Comments are not limited to the space provided, but we ask that you please reference comments on additional sheets to the survey item number to which it applies. Please take advantage of this opportunity to be heard and to assist management in their on-going efforts to improve the organization.
