Hello:
The UTC College of Business has been approached by several local banks about how UTC can help meet the training and development needs of their middle managers through executive education programs. We have interviewed senior managers from several local banks to gather initial information used to create a survey for all banks in the area. In this survey, senior managers from approximately 20 local banks are asked to identify the subject areas and training structures of interest. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. We will provide all respondents a copy of the survey results. If there is sufficient interest, we will invite representatives from each bank to discuss potential solutions UTC can provide.

Several bankers interviewed have expressed interest in an internship program for top UTC accounting and finance majors with a strong desire to explore a career in banking. The idea is to establish a rotating internship with several banks to expose students to different aspects of banking while receiving real world experiences with several banks. Would your bank be interested in exploring such a program?
