Hello! Thank you for your interest in presenting an ASHP accredited 30-minute CE presentation. Please fill out this survey for our planning purposes. 
The January 21 CE date is scheduled in Brookings. 
The other event will be held in Sioux Falls and will occur on one of the two other options.

PLEASE NOTE: deadlines for topics and learning objectives are typically due 4-6 weeks in advance, with the presentation handouts/slides due 1-2 weeks in advance. Please keep this in mind when picking your preferred date.
