Hello: Services marketing classmates!You are invited to participate in team four's "Tim Hortons experience survey", for the Services Analysis Project in unit 7. Approximately 100 people will be asked to complete this survey that asks questions about your experinces at Tim Hortons. It will take approximately 2 minutes to complete the questionnaire.As an incentive your name (whether you have visited a Tim Hortons or not)will be entered in a draw to win a Tim Hortons medium coffee and donut!
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
