IVANHOE Survey
Did you spend more time or less time reading the text of "The Sand-man" than if you were writing a paper about it? Was there anything different about the *way* you read the text? (More or less carefully, took more or fewer notes, etc.)
Did you do more or less writing than you would have for, say, a 5-6 page paper about the story?
