Hi!


We want to know a little bit about how much and what you like to cook, as a single person. What's in it for you? Entrance into a raffle with the choice of two prizes:


1) Recipe Makeover: A week's worth of dinner recipes chosen/developed by a professional food writer, tailored to perfectly fit your preferences, time constraints, and lifestyle.


2) Date Night Makeover: All the information you need to prepare the perfect date-night dinner: recipes for soup, salad, appetizer, main course, dessert; wine choice suggestions; music suggestions; easy decor suggestions--all tailored to your budget and lifestyle.



One in every 150 entries will win a raffle prize. Upon completion of the survey, you will be entered into the raffle. You will be entered an additional time for each friend you get to fill out the survey as well. BE SURE YOUR FRIENDS LIST YOU AS A REFERRAL.



Data from the survey will be used as research for a cookbook for singles, currently under development by Liz Radford and Diane Landsman. Compiled data may be published as representative of trends regarding singles and cooking. Your name will not be used without us contacting you separately and your explicit approval.

Approximately 1,000 people will be asked to complete this survey. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
