Performance Measurement is used extensively in many industries to help effectively focus organizational energies on improving performance in specific operational areas. This project will provide a framework for the effective use of supplier performance metrics from a Supply Management perspective.
Project objectives include:
- to improve Enerplus's ability to effectively track supplier performance throughout the entire supplier relationship cycle,
- to reduce corporate risk due to poor supplier performance
- to improve effectiveness of supplier selection process.
