This is an informational survey that will be used, by me, to better understand the current needs and concerns regarding childcare. I am starting my own childcare referral business, and your honest feedback will allow me to cater to the families needing quality childcare. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for me to learn your opinions so I would greatly appreciate your participation.
