You are invited to participate in our survey to provide information about the statis of education in the Bottineau school system. In this survey, approximately 500 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the school, education, issues relating to education,and school improvement . It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your opinion is important to us and will be used to improve the education of the students in our school.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.Thank-you for taking time to help in this important task of improving our educational system.
