I must first apologize for the delay of this questionnaire. As per our telephone conversation, my group has embarked on a research project for a Human Resource Management course. The title of the project is “Effective Management in a Modern Organization”.
We are specifically looking into the areas of Motivation, Recruitment, Training and Development.
