Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. It is very important for us to learn your opinions and as such we are offering $250 Torchmate store credit which may be used to purchase spare parts, accessories, or consumables from Torchmate. THIS SURVEY IS ONLY FOR TORCHMATE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED ON SITE TRAINING AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN TWO WEEKS AFTER TRAINING TO RECEIVE THE STORE CREDIT.
