During the 2004-05 school year, I have worked in the district as an Educational Assessment TOSA, helping many of you complete academic assessments for students in special services. As many of you know, this position has been funded for one year only. The service may or may not be offered in 2005-06. In order to determine whether or not the position is justified, and to help improve the referral and assessment process should the position be funded, I have developed this short online survey. You are invited to participate. The survey has been sent to department heads and contact persons in every school in the district. It consists of approximately 10 questions and will take less than 5 minutes for you to complete.
