You are invited to participate in our survey regarding a lighting consulation service. Approximately 200 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about lighting consultation. It will take approximately 3 minutes to complete the questionnaire.


Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

1. This survey is about a new Lighting Consultation service that is described as follows:

This service would tend to the needs of residential, commercial and industrial lighting solutions.

A 3D computerised rendering would be generated in order to provide the client with a visual representation of the space in question. This rendering would be complete with accurate representation of the lighting solutions suggested.

The consultation service would also answer the needs of interior designers/decorators to assure an accurate electrical distribution.
