2005 PEP THREADS DANCE/DRILL CATALOG SURVEY

Hello Pep Threads Reps and Associates!
You are invited to participate in a survey on the 2005 DANCE/DRILL CATALOG and how we can make improvements for 2006. We would like to get your honest opinions about the 2005 Pep Threads catalog. This is your chance to voice your thoughts, ideas, opionions, and requests for the 2006 catalog.

The time it will take to complete this survey depends on how in depth you would like to go with your answers. Even if you do not wish to complete the entire survey, please complete the parts you feel are in need of the most change. If you need addtional space to complete your comments, please email me any additional thoughts you have.

Please complete this survey by Wednesday, September 7, 2005. Those who do complete this survey on time will become members of the Sales Rep Catalog Team and will have additional opportunities for input on the catalog as we go along.

This survey pertains only to the catalog and not to any other issue at this time.Please leave out any issues with delivery, customer service, customer problems, etc. We will ask you about that at a later date.
