YAA Satisfaction & Planning

You are invited to participate in our survey - Yoville Addicts Anonymous on Facebook (YAA) Satisfaction and Future Planning Survey.

Our goal is to make YAA as beneficial and fun for you as possible. This survey is brief and is designed to give us a picture of overall group demographics as well as what you're currently enjoying and what you'd like to see in the future. The survey is open to all members of Yoville Addicts Anonymous (YAA) on Facebook. Dependent on the response to this survey, we plan to create additional surveys in the future.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
