Our sector is entering a new era where questions around sustainability, low carbon energy, digitalization, as well as job security, have never been so prominent.
A group of EAGE members are working on a new soft-skills development initiative to help geoscientists and engineers navigate challenges and opportunities that come with this evolution, in collaboration with the EAGE Decarbonization & Energy Transition community.
The aim is to offer a set of methodologies and tools to help understand who you are, what direction you want to proceed in, how to prioritize, what the journey consists of and how to realize your goals.
We would be grateful to collect your feedback to better shape this proposed initiative.
