Thank you for your interest in the Association of Recovery in Higher Education (ARHE)'s Standardized Review for Collegiate Recovery Advancement (SRCRA). The SRCRA Internal Review Tool is a benefit of ARHE membership, and is step one of the accreditation process. After completing the internal review, member institutions who would like to pursue accreditation may schedule an external review with the Association of Recovery in Higher Education. Only member institutions are able to request accreditation.

Confidentiality Agreement Form for Programs beginning the SRCRA Process

For the purposes of this agreement, the term “Program” shall include all staff members, faculty, or other stakeholders who participate in the Standardized Program Review.

Agreement to protect any confidential and proprietary information, and to avoid conflict of interest.

The Program agrees to the following:

1.     The Program shall safeguard, consistent with policies and applicable laws, all information, whether or not in writing, of a private, confidential, and/or proprietary nature, relating to ARHE Standardized Program Review processes. The Program will not disclose to unauthorized persons any confidential or proprietary information that has been disclosed or entrusted to the Program during the ARHE Standardized Program Review, or use such information, unless or until the information has become public knowledge without fault of ARHE or the Reviewer.

2.     The Program shall not participate in any External Review where they knowingly have a commercial, financial, or other material interest in/with any Reviewer completing the External Review.

3.     The Program shall not participate in any External Review where a prior relationship with the Reviewer completing the review would tend to create a conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest.

4.     The Program will not share the Tool or Manual with any unauthorized individuals.
