1.As part of a READI Grant initiative, the IT Sector Partnership, Enfocus, Trek10, South Bend Code, and Digital Leader Academy are conducting a comprehensive survey of local and regional organizations to determine the workforce skills required in the Information Technology sector. All organizations are committed to developing and nurturing talent, ensuring the prosperity and growth of the South Bend-Elkhart region, and aim to use this data to design training pathways for software development, cybersecurity, tech support, networking, and data science to train up to individuals in the region, focusing on providing access to under-represented communities.
