Gender inequities in pharmaceutical education: A self-assessment tool for academic institution leaders and policymakers

This self-assessment tool will support academic institution leaders and policymakers in evaluating their status on inequities within the context of pharmaceutical education. This tool focuses on gender inequities, which are covered in this toolkit, and measures users’ attitudes and perceptions of this theme.

For the purpose of this assessment, gender inequities relate to the bias and unjustifiable experiences that individuals encounter within the pharmaceutical education context due to their gender.
