For example :
If the question says compare quality with following criteria then
If I feel that considering quality of a supplier is of high importance than considering risk factors then I will mark the column that says "High"
If I feel That considering quality of a supplier is equally important as considering price of the product quoted by the supplier then i will mark column which says "equal importance"
The same Logic applies to the sub-criteria of a given factor.
