Slack Integration of Forms

If your organization or team uses Slack for collaboration. You can now get your fellow slack channel members to respond to a form

Go to: Login >> Forms >>Edit >> Send To Slack >> Fill in your slack credentials in the popup window and authorize the app>>Select Channel>>Send

Once you connect to the slack team. Everyone one in your organisation can use the same integration to send their own form to any channel of your slack team
