QuestionPro Survey Integration and Enhancements, including LiveEdit, Data Filtering, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics
The first quarter flew by and all of us at QuestionPro are focused on providing more Survey Integration, enhancing the user experience, and improving the UI. Here are some key highlights and updates on what enhancements we’ve added to the QuestionPro platform including survey integration.
LiveEdit
We’ve spent some time updating our Survey editing infrastructure. With the LiveEdit model, as you make changes to the settings – change/add/edit questions – the survey structure and user interface is dynamic and real-time. We’ve looked at the UX and made many small tweaks to decrease the number of clicks required to edit/update/add questions.

Microsoft Dynamics – Enhanced CRM Integration Options
Lastly, we’ve developed an integration with Microsoft Dynamics which now can capture survey and attitudinal data within Microsoft’s core CRM. This integration enhances sales and customer success teams, enabling them to capture real-time information from customer feedback. We are currently beta-testing but we plan to launch later this April. Learn How to Quickly Integrate Microsoft Dynamics
Next week, we’ll share our Q1 updates for our enterprise products, including Workforce, Communities, CX and Mobile. Stay Tuned!
