SurveySwipe - Location Surveys

The location surveys feature helps the community adminstrator to trigger surveys based on geo locations and the user will receive push notification on their devices. This service can also be set based on custom start date and end date.

Go to Login >> Communities >> Community Modules >> Mobile

Under Customize Mobile Modules check the HyperLocal Surveys checkbox and click on save settings.

• Click on Add Location Group
• Name: Enter the name for the location group.
• Timer: You can the time in minutes for triggering the survey.
• Radius: Set the radius (distance from the premise) in feet.
• Points: Enter the points that the members will receive for completing the survey.
• Start Date: Set the start date for sending the survey.
• End Date: Set the end date for closing the survey.
• Select Surveys: Select surveys that you wish to send to the community members.

Once you create a location group. Click on the name of the group, it will redirect you to a new page where you can set up your own location by entering your GPS coordinates.

• Click on the name of location group.
• Click on Add New Location button
• Address: Enter the Address of the location.
• Latitude: Enter the latitude coordinate.
• Longitude: Enter the longitude coordinate.
• Click on Add location button to save the location

Can I add multiple locations at a time?

Multiple location addresses and coordinates can be imported using Excel file.

Click on Import Location button. And upload an excel file with the given format.
