BI dashboard limits
We need to have certain limits on BI dashboard, mainly to maintain our strict UX standards. We want all dashboards and widgets to load within seconds, and for that, we have put in certain limitations / guard rails. Following are the key limitations:

| Number of colours in a custom theme | 50 |
| Surveys in a dataset | 10 |
| Questions in a basic cross tab | 10 |
| Questions in an advanced cross tab | Coming soon |
| Height of a widget. (In pixels) | 960 |
| AI insights (char limit) | 400 |
| Insight comments in a dashboard | 1,000 |
| Comment reply for a single AI insight or widget | 100 |
| Questions in a comparative bar chart | 10 |
| Questions in a heatmap widget | 50 |
| Segments in a heatmap widget | 50 |
| Widget level filters | 100 |
| Number of rules in a filter | 10 |
Can any of these limits be increased
Please reach out to your customer success manager. In rare cases, depeining on the requirment, we can make extensions.
