1. Dial Display:
   • Radial Gauge Visualization: Displays the score on a circular gauge.
   • Needle Animation: Choose between static or animated needle for added engagement.
2. Threshold Configuration:
   • Color-Coded Ranges: Assign colors to specific score ranges.
   • Performance Indicators: Add markers for key thresholds like low, medium, and high performance.
3. Metric Options:
   • Mean: Calculates the average of numeric responses.
   • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Measures loyalty by subtracting detractors from promoters.
4. Title and Label Controls:
   • Customization: Add titles and labels to describe data.
   • Tooltips: Provide additional context when hovering over chart elements.

NPS (Net Promoter Score): Percentage of promoters minus detractors.

CES (Customer Effort Score): Average score of how easy customers found a task.

Thresholds: Value ranges used to color segments of the gauge.
