360 Survey design

When your participants get your surveys, it's important that they easily recognize your brand. With QuestionPro 360 Survey Design features, you can customize your surveys to match the look and feel of your brand. Along with our customization options, you can also choose from our standard themes. Each theme is designed to fit your brand perfectly, no matter what browser or device is used.

To change the look and feel of the 360 Survey

Go to: Login >> Workforce >> 360 survey >> Design Tab
There will be 2 options Standard Themes and Custom Themes

Standard Themes:

Under Standard Themes, you will find ready-to-use themes that are professionally designed. A quick preview of each theme appears on the right side of the page. To see the design applied to your survey,
Fonts too can be changed from the font dropdown.
Click “Save” to save the settings 2

To change the default theme of the survey

By default, every new survey uses the blue theme. To change the default theme:
Go to the Standard Themes tab.
Select "Manage Themes" (the wrench icon).
Once you change the default theme, any new survey you create will use the new theme.

To match colours exactly with various brand colours

You can use the colour picker to select the colour, or you can enter the HEX value for the colour. For more information on colour codes, please visit HTML Colours at w3schools.com.
Once you have copied the colour code, click on the Custom Colour theme to open the colour picker. Paste the HEX code for your colour and save it.

Custom Themes

Custom themes let you fully customize your survey. You can change the look and feel of every survey element to completely match your brand.

To customize the look and feel of your survey:

Go to: 360 Surveys (Select Survey) » Edit » Design
In the Design tab, choose the Custom Theme option.

Under Custom Theme, you can change almost every part of the survey, like the theme colour, logo background, fonts, title, questions, progress buttons, and more.
