SMS Surveys

SMS surveys for workforce employees are quick and easy ways to collect feedback. Employees receive a text message with a survey link or question, allowing them to respond directly from their phones. It's a convenient way to gather opinions, check satisfaction, or get insights on company policies. Responses are fast and can help improve the workplace based on real-time feedback.

• Go to: Workforce >> Select Survey >>Send>> Compose
• Switch the SMS toggle ON
• Enter the email addresses of the users you want to invite or use "Add Group" to send the invitation to a specific group or to everyone.
• Select the SMS invitation template and click on “Send”
• You can send email invites, SMS invites, or both by simply turning the right toggles ON or OFF.

• Go to: Workforce >> Manage Employee Roster >> Import



• Click on Manual Employee Import
• Enter the employee's details like email address, first name, last name, and contact number in the given format and click on save.

• Go to Workforce > Manage Employee Roster > Import.
• Click on Bulk Employee Import - Excel.
• Click on Download Import Template.
• Enter the employee's details, like email address, first name, last name, and contact number, in the provided format and save the file.



• Drag and drop or browse to select the Excel file from your system.
• Click on “Import Employees”.

• Go to: Send >> Templates >> Click on “+Create New SMS Invitation”



• Here, you can edit the “Template Title” and the “Invitation Message”. You can also add variables to fill in data automatically. After designing the invitation, click “Save”.
