Response rate

A Response Rate widget is an interactive feature on a dashboard that shows the percentage of people who have responded to a survey or questionnaire. It gives you a clear, easy-to-understand overview of how many participants have taken part in the data collection process. This helps you quickly assess the level of engagement and participation in your survey.

To set up Response rate analysis, admin users can log in to their portal dashboard and follow these steps:
• Click on "Add Widget" in the Portal.



• Select the “Response Rate” widget



• In the pop-up, enter the widget's title and description, along with the survey, deployment details, custom fields, values, and criteria and then Add Widget.





• To edit, duplicate, delete, or export the widget, click on the three dots (kebab menu)



• Users can download the widget as an Excel file by selecting the export option



• To add more criteria in the widget, users can click on the three dots (kebab menu) in the widget and choose "Edit Widget."



• In the Criteria section, you can add more criteria based on what you need. For example, we chose Location as the source and wanted to see which Departments” have completed or are still pending.
