Idea Board - Workforce

Idea Board is a platform where the workforce users can post their ideas, and discuss the ideas that are posted.

To enable Idea Board on your workforce, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Login >> WorkForce >> Manage Employee Roster >> Idea Board >> Set Up
• Turn On the option for Idea Board.
• Click on Save Settings.

You can create a campaign, under which the workforce users can start posting their ideas. To create Idea Campaign, go to:

• Login >> WorkForce >> Employees >> Idea Board >> Campaign
• Click on + New Idea campaig.
• Enter the Name of the Idea Campaign.
• Enter a brief description under Description.
• Click on Save.

Yes, you can delete an ongoing Idea campaign. To delete, click on the Delete option against the campaign name. A pop-up window will appear with a comment Are you sure?. Click on Yes to delete.

Idea Board Moderation

Yes, the administrator can determine which ideas and comments should be posted on the employee portal. To enable this option, go to:

• Login >> WorkForce >> Employees >> Idea Board >> Set Up
• Under Settings check the check box for New Ideas Approval, if you wish to approve only the new ideas that are posted.
• Check the check box next to New Comments Approval, if you wish to approve only the new comments that are posted.
• Click on Save.

Email Notification

Yes, you can get notifications. In order to enable email notifications, go to:

• Login >> WorkForce >> Employees >> Idea Board >> Set Up
• Under Notifications, check the boxes that you wish to get notifications for:
  • Notification on Idea status change
  • Notification to approve new Idea
  • Notification to approve new comments
• Click on Save.
