Can I send a survey through SMS?
Yes, it is possible to send survey invitations via SMS. In order to do so, please go to: Distribute » Email » Compose
- Switch the SMS toggle ON
- Select the Email List where you uploaded the contacts
- Select the SMS invitation template
- Click on Send
- You can send the email invites, SMS invites or both email and SMS invites by just switching the appropriate toggles ON and OFF.
How can I upload my contacts with phone numbers?
Go to Distribute » Email » Lists
- Select the email list in which you want to add the contacts
- Click on Add Contacts Manually
- Enter the respondent's details like email, firstname, lastname, and contact number
- Click on Upload
- Then click on Finish
Phone number should include the country code. For example, +49 301 663 5782 where +49 is the country code for Germany.
- Go to Distribute » Email » Lists
- Select the list in which you want to add the contacts
- Click on Import Contacts
- Drag and Drop/ Browse the Excel file from your system
- Click on Upload
Can I create invitations templates for SMS?
Yes, it is possible to create multiple templates for SMS invitations. Go to Distribute » Email » Templates
- Click on + New Template
- Here you can edit the Template Name and the Message for invitation
- You can also add variables to pre-populate data.
- After designing the invitation click on Save.
What information will be sent to the SMS recipients?
The SMS receipients will get the customized SMS survey invite from the QuestionPro users along with a link to the survey. Example SMS:
Hi, you have been invited to take part in our online survey. Please click: https://qpro.io/xxxxxxxxxxx to give us your feedback. Reply STOP to unsubscribe
How can a recipient unsubscribe for the SMS sent via QuestionPro?
The SMS receipients can simply reply with the word STOP to remove themselves from the QuestionPro SMS list.
Is it possible to integrate QuestionPro with a third-party SMS vendor?
No, QuestionPro does not accept integrations with external SMS vendors as it has a partnership with a global SMS provider to provide SMS survey invitations to achieve maximum country and regional delivery.
