At times user changes responsibilities/leaves the organization: Some survey and data are specific to an office or responsible person and may contain confidential data. In this instance, the survey creator should not have access to the survey and data, and we would need to move the survey from one account to another. A user is no longer employed by the university: The survey should be moved to a new owner. The new owner would then be able to share the survey as needed with colleagues and use data collected previously for longitudinal research and reporting.
Users can transfer the survey from one user account to another, below are the steps you can follow
Step 1.New owner needs to create a new folder and share it with the original survey owner.
A shared folder will be visible in the user account who can move the survey to the shared folder.
3.Once the survey is in the shared folder - The new owner can remove the sharing permissions which changes the owner for the survey.
