The welcome email feature allows you to set a personalized welcome message for the new users added under your QuestionPro organization.
How to set up the welcome email for my QuestionPro organization?
To set up the welcome email for your QuestionPro organization, please follow the steps below:
- Go to Surveys >> Organization >> Settings
- Enable the Welcome Email toggle
- Edit the content of the email (if required)
- Click on Save button.
How can I personalize the welcome email?
You can use the available replacement variables while editing the welcome email content which will automatically fetch the user's details and add it in the email. Following are the available replacement variables:
