Notifications - Admin Confirmation Email
For time sensitive surveys, often, it's best to be notified of incoming complete survey responses immediately. To receive email notifications for every completed survey, you can enable admin confirmation email notifications.
How can I enable admin confirmation email notifications?
To enable admin confirmation emails, go to:
My Surveys (Select Survey) » Edit » Settings » Notifications Here, enable the toggle for Admin Confirmation notification.
Email notification will be sent to the admin/owner of the survey for every completed response.
Can I send admin confirmation email to others?
Yes. Click on the Admin Confirmation text to add other emails.
Here you can add additional email addresses in the To field.For accounts with teams, you can also select other users from your team to receive the notifications as well. You can also choose to include response and system variable information with the notification email.
Can I send admin confirmation in a specific language?
Yes. For multilingual surveys, you will see the Language drop down to select the langauge for the notification.
You can choose the Survey Language and the email will be sent in the language choosen by the respondent for answering the survey. You can also choose either the default langauge or any specific language to receive the notifications.
Signature question type is not supported in the email notification. The signature will be replaced by a dot in the email notification.
