Updating User Profile - How To?
QuestionPro allows you to manage and keep your account and profile information up-to-date from the 'my account' section. Here, you can manage your email address, password, contact information, billing details, account and user settings, etc.
How do I access and update my account settings?
Go to: Login » My Account (top right corner)
Under My Account, you can access and manage all your account and user settings.
How do I update my password?
We recommend updating your password frequently. To update your password, click on the update icon for the password under My Account.
On the popup, enter your current and new password and update password.
Once you have updated your password, please log in with your new password.
