Introduction Text with Acceptance Check Box | Intro Text - How to?

I agree - acceptance check box as the name implies, is a method of getting a user to agree to your terms or legal agreements by requiring the user take some form of action, typically clicking the "I agree" checkbox. A user can click a box that's clearly marked as being part of forming an agreement.

How can I add the I agree check box on my survey?

To add the I agree check box at the beginning of your survey, click on the Add Question button at the top of your workspace.

From the Basic Questions, select the Presentation Text type question under Static Content.

Once you have added your question text, click on Settings and change the answer type to Checkbox - I Agree Also, make sure you add a Page Break for this question.

How does this work on the survey for survey respondents?

On the survey, respondents will have to click on the I Agree checkbox before they can proceed with the survey.

Is a page break required after this question?

No. A page break is not required and you can use this question without a page break. However, validation will only work once respondents click on the submit button to move forward.

Can I change the text for the I Agree check box?

Yes. Click on the I Agree text and you can type in the required text and it will be automatically saved.
