LiveCast
What is live cast?
Live cast is a brand new question type introduced by QuestionPro using which you can collect realtime video feedback. QuestionPro uses machine learning and natural language processing to identify the underlying emotions within each video and generates comprehensive reports along with analysis of all transcripts using AI allowing you to ask additional questions and find answeres from the collected data.
Live cast is currently in BETA. To try it out, please reach out to your account manager.
How to add live cast type question to my survey?
To add live cast question to your survey:
Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Edit » Workspace Click on Add Question button.
Under Advanced questions, you can add the Live Cast type question.
Live cast question will be added to your survey. You can set the video recording time under settings.
How does the live cast question work?
When respondents are answering your survey, they will be asked to record a short video of them giving their feedback.
Camera and mic permission will be requested.
Respondents can record their video and submit.
How does the analysis work?
All live cast feedback videos are collected and transcripted. We then run sentiment analysis on the text transcripts and produce the reports.

Create a new report
Enter a name for your report. QuestionPro credits are required to generate a report. Please contact your account manager for adding QuestionPro credits to your account.
