Data quality - All checkboxes selected

Data quality is an assessment of the data's fitness to serve its purpose. Using our data quality tool users can check the fitness of open-ended text questions as well as multi-select questions. You can enable all checkboxes selected module before distributing your survey to perform the quality check against those responses where all the answer options are selected for multi-select questions.

Consider that your survey has a question - "What types of credit cards do you use?" with options:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• Diners Club

If the respondent selects all the answer options then the response will be flagged.

• Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Analytics » Manage Data.
• Under manage data, select data quality option.

• Enable data quality toggle. You will see all the modules available under data quality.
• Switch on the toggle for all checkboxes selected module.

Now, you can distribute your survey to get the responses.

• Go to: Login » Surveys (select a survey) » Analytics » Responses.
• Under responses, click on response ID with flag icon.

If you think the response should not have been flagged, you can unflag the response by clicking on the Response ID. Click on data quality tab. This view will have the question, answer and the reason for flagging the response. Click on the unflag response button. Once the unflagging is done the flag icon will disappear in the response viewer.

To flag the response, click on response ID. Navigate to data quality tab. Click on flag response button. Once the response is flagged, flag icon will appear with response ID which has been flagged.
