Cross-tab reports

The QuestionPro cross-tabulation tool allows you to measure the interaction between two questions (variables). The table will only show respondents that answered both of the questions, meaning the frequencies shown may differ from a standard frequency table. The cross-tab report will also show Pearson’s Chi-Square Statistics, which shows the level of correlation between the variables using the chi-square, p-value, and degrees of freedom.

Go to: My Surveys (Select Survey) » Analytics

Select Cross-Tabulation from under the Analytics drop down menu.

Click on the cross-tabulation report to open the report or you can create a new report.

You can share this report using the Report Link

You can also download this report in XLS or PDF formats.

Click on the settings icon for your cross-tabulation report

Here, you can update your rows and column options. Select the questions you wish to add as rows

Update your report and similarly you can also select the questions to display as columns.

To apply filters, click on the Filters tab under report settings

You can apply multiple filters along with following options:

• Filter based on responses to questions
• Response status based filters
• Custom variable filters
• Pre-defined filters for your data

Following display options are available:

• Count: Displays the count for the cross-tabulation report
• Row Percentage: Displays the row percentage for the cross-tabulation report
• Column Percentage: Displays the column percentage for the cross-tabulation report
• Column Percentage (Base N): Displays the column percentage (Base N) for the cross-tabulation report
• Overall: Displays the overall column for the cross-tabulation report
• Row Mean: Displays the row mean
• Column Mean: Displays the column mean
