Weighted Rank Order
For rank order analysis, rank 1 has a index value or weight of 1, rank 2 has an index value or weight as 2 and so on... For average rank order analysis, these values are used for rank calculation or mean. With weighted rank order analysis, you can customize the weight for each rank value.
How can I customized the weights used for rank order analysis?
Go to: Login » Select Survey » Analytics
On the dashboard, for your rank order question, click on the settings icon.
Here, you can either inverse weights or add custom weights.
All charts will use the updated weights for calculations and charting.
